About Marc Darrow, M.D., J.D.
Dr. Marc Darrow is a Board Certified Physiatrist specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California at Los Angeles’s, School of Medicine.
   
As medical director of the Joint Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Darrow has focused his practice on musculoskeletal injury, pain management, electro diagnosis (EMG/NCS), and sports medicine and rehabilitation.
   
The approach Dr. Darrow uses is threefold. He calls it the Trinity of Healing, and focuses equally on all three aspects.

1. Treat the physical body that needs the repair,

2. Address the mind that lives in that body and deals with the pain, and;

3. Attempt to move the patient's focus to the spiritual value of his or her experience. In essence to transcend the physical and move to a higher consciousness.

An avid sports enthusiast, Dr. Darrow discovered Prolotherapy after an injury on the golf course caused him to suffer the kind of chronic pain that afflicts millions of Americans.
